Three Pathways to Team Canada

Each pathway operates independently. A player can qualify through any one of them.

Priority 1

World Championship Title

Win a WFT World Championship in your discipline. Champions crowned within the last 10 years automatically earn a spot on Team Canada.

Priority 2

Candidate's Tournament

Earn an invitation through strong performances at National Series or approved tournaments, then win your event at the Candidate's Tournament (anticipated late 2027).

Priority 3

Points Race

Accumulate points across approved tournaments worldwide. Your best 9 results count. The race concludes 4 months before the World Championships.
